Join the Missabe Historical Society on Saturday, September 26, for an afternoon of presentations about the railroad we love via Zoom.   The event will kick off at 1:00 and will end by 3:30.

During breaks and the final wrap-up there will be a rotating slide show of the favorite Missabe images that you send in.  Please submit your images as attachments before September 19 to the same email address MRHSweb@gmail.com

Two talks dig more deeply into the past and future Ore Extra content.  Bill Braun will expand on his article about modeling the modern ore cars that CN has put into service (with DM&IR reporting marks!).  Bob Hanmer will talk about research he’s doing for a future Ore Extra article on DM&IR passenger train schedules over the years.  In between these talks Tim Schubert and others will report on archives and store activity and provide an update on local ore train railfanning.
