In a survey taken of modelers belonging to MRHS, about 90 percent of them model in HO scale. It comes as no surprise therefore, that the widest variety of model offerings come in HO. 

Listed below are known Missabe models by scale, or near matches if kitbashed.  Please notify us via the contact page if you have any corrections or additions to make on this list.

1958 Cubic Foot 2-Bay Hopper

The prototype was the first mass-produced covered hopper car for bulk commodities such as cement, sand, grain, etc. The plastic parts in this kit are molded with very fine detail. All ladder rungs, brake rods, and grab irons are formed metal wire. The roof walk is etched metal. Plastic 33 in. wheelsets are included. The model has been designed to accept the KadeeĀ® #78 scale size coupler, which has to be supplied by the modeler.
